In this video session, we redefine what food is and should be. We discuss what real food is and what it is not. We go over what foods to limit and avoid. We discuss the nutrients that are a common concern on a plant-based diet and where those nutrients can be found in plant-based foods. And I provide resources on how to know if you are meeting nutritional requirements.

Heck yes! This course is 100% plant-based vegan. No animals were harmed in the making of this course.
This really just depends on how much time you can dedicate to learning and making the recipes. If you work on 2-3 recipes a week then you can complete this course over 10 weeks.
I created this course not wanting students to have to buy a bunch of crazy expensive kitchen equipment. That said you will need standard kitchen equipment, a high-speed blender, and a nut milk bag.
